We at Number One IT Systems will guarantee all of our work for at least two weeks, if within this time the same issue reoccurrs then we will rearrange a free call out to fix the problem(s).  Please note that any new hardware upgrade or replacement will be covered by the manufacturers warranty.

The warranty will be deemed void  if on reinspecting the computer it is found to have been used to access porn sites, and the use of Peer-to-Peer applications, since there is an high chance of the machine receiving a virus, this would then be considered a new issue, if the computer has also been found to have been tampered with outside its normal use this will also void the warranty.
