Where possible all our repairs will be carried out on site, sometimes this is not possible, in which case we would need to carry out the repairs at out workshop.

If its found that some piece of hardware will require replacing we will contact you for a quote and if you are happy with our quote we will then carry out the repairs needed.  In the event of an hard drive failure, and for an added fee, where possible we will endevour to save any important files from your system please see
